Abruzzese Cookery Classes

When we started our Agriturismo business we wanted to serve our guests some of the best food and drink that Abruzzo has to offer. The people of Abruzzo enjoy food that arrives directly from clean and uncontaminated mountain; lake and coastal areas and we knew that our guests would like to eat the same food we do.

Abruzzo is famous for its simple and wholesome cuisine in particular:

• Arrosticini -Thin mutton skewers, seasoned and grilled over charcoal
• Carne Di Pecora ed Agnella - Lamb and Sheep's meat
• Porchetta - Roast pork
• Salsicce Di Carne e di Fegato -Sausages with pepper
• Faraona e Papere - Chicken in tomato sauce
• Coniglia - Rabbit
• Papera - Duck
• Pesce - Fish

If you would like to learn how to cook food in Abruzzesi style, then why not try our Abruzzo Cookery class. We run the course in our kitchen and restaurant area (subject to a minimum of 8 people) using seasonal local produce. We will teach you how to prepare and cook a selection of regional dishes, which are served in our restaurant.
